This is the current information as of 22 May 2006.

PLEASE NOTE: We can ship any place in the State of Texas - even the "dry" aras (not dry for Texas wine anymore).

Texas Wineries: The Fredericksburg Winery can now SHIP DIRECT to you with the following restrictions:
1. You must be 21 years of age or older and can prove it.
2. There must be someone 21 years or older at the address at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment.
3. We ship in case units of 12 bottles except for the reserve wines and we will ship 6 bottle units of these. The units may be mixed wines in the applicable category.

Out-of-State Wineries: Now the out-of-state wineries can ship wines direct to Texas consumers if they are 21 years of age.
